I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained. The main reason I chose it was the convenient location, and it did not disappoint. Having a shopping mall directly attached to the hotel is a huge advantage. The mall is large enough to be lively and well-stocked, but not so large that it feels overcrowded or chaotic. What truly stood out, however, was the breakfast buffet staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuinely positive attitude completely changed how I experienced the hotel. Every single staff member I interacted with was smiling, helpful, and clearly took pride in their work. It wasn’t just one person — it was all of them. Because of them, this stay felt noticeably different from other hotels I’ve stayed at. When I think of this hotel now, I immediately think of that team and their energy. Many thanks to the breakfast staff for making the stay memorable.❤️

After the first 24 hours of our stay, most every staff member knew my name. This country is populated by friendly, courteous people but the staff here surpassed the norm. So helpful and thank you James at the buffet who had our table reserved and ready each morning with a special high chair for my daughter.

Location is good,convenient and accessible. Maybe they can upgrade and change their towels and television to smart tv. At least a complimentary water per room.

The hotel's location is very central to Metro Manila. 10 mins walk to MRT station and easy accesible to taxi/cab. Robinsons Galleria Mall shopping centre is just below the hotel. The property is maintained well, clean, and all staff are courteous and helpful.
