Was told it was for incidentals and that Expedia would credit that back to me, along with a receipt of refund and of the hotel stay. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean. The kids liked the atrium and being able to play bags and hang out. The water pressure in our room was terrible. Barely a trickle. Room was very dark. Noise from atrium late at night was very disruptive. People talking very loudly. Finding the elevator and our room was challenging! We saw several people who got lost. Elevators need to be clearly marked as they were through a fire door. Overall stay was ok, but would ask for a room that does not overlook atrium due to the noise.

Ask about the breakfast before eating. It wasn't clear whether it was "free" or not. We were told it wasn't for us but then were not billed. Good outcome but very confusing. Hotel layout is also confusing. Hard to find elevators. Pool is nice but be prepared for the smell of chlorine in the lobby! Very conveniently located to airport and KSU campus, less than ten minutes and very direct travel
