I waited 30-minutes to get my hotel key, mi d you o paid in full on expedia bit was told my reservation wasn't showing on the hotel system. I had to waot for the manager on duty that had stepped out and had to be called to come.back to the hotel to over ride the system. My room smelled like urine and socks. The bed was comfortable especially after a 14 hour car ride. This was my 2nd time and now after this experience i will choose a different property next time.

This hotel is a little gem in the area with so many shopping and dining options close by. The hotel rooms are wonderful and looks new and updated, and the facilities are great. I would stay there from now on every time we stay in that area.

Upon arrival into our room, there was leftover garbage and a cooler left in the room. The staff was notified and quickly changed us to another room that was cleaned and acceptable. Front staff was very accommodating.

We ended up at the Sonesta hotel after we were canceled secondary to water issues in another part of junction city. The lobby was contemporary looking and so were the rooms. The 3rd floor hall carpeting was old looking and really needed to replaced. The breakfast was fair. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
