Condomínio Maravilhoso, mas o apto economiza onde nao deveria.

O condomínio é excelente, com diversas áreas para recriação infantil e adulta, praia, piscinas, salão de jogos, restaurantes, Spa. As ladeiras são o ponto negativo, mas é possível fazer tudo andando. Já o apto não oferece toalhas e isto é bem ruim, pois aumenta o volume da mala que precisa levar. Fiquei bem preocupado quando disseram que o wifi era limitado e devíamos evitar ver videos, pois eu estava viajando com 2 adolescentes com celulares, ponto bem ruim, a televisão funciona por uma iptv, necessitando de Internet, mas os canais são bem limitados e muitas vezes, ficavam travando, mas não fiquei sem Internet no fds que me hospedei. A proprietária pede tbm um calção no momento de entrada, além do valor já pago no aplicativo e é devolvido após a limpeza, se estiver tudo ok no apto. Outro detalhe, no 2° dia, matei uma barata na cozinha. Tirando estes problemas, o apto tem um bom espaço e uma excelente vista da varanda.
