From the moment we walked into Four Seasons Kuwait to the moment we left, the entire experience was exceptional. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care from the team made our stay truly special. A very special mention must go to Pammi, who was absolutely brilliant from the very beginning. She made sure our check-in was smooth, personally showed us to our room, and continued to check on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made such a difference, and she was absolutely wonderful. We also want to thank Muhammad in the indoor pool and spa, who was fantastic and always attentive to everything we needed. His service and friendly manner really added to our experience. At the outdoor pool, Louis and Imran were incredible. They looked after us so well, anticipated our needs, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our time there. Their attentiveness and hospitality were second to none. What stood out most was that every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Absolutely the best holiday and I have ever stayed at. The service, the staff, the amenities were exceptional. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel and I recommend it as one of the best hotels you can stay at.
