Wir haben im Borgo Bevagna 14 Tage Urlaub gemacht in der großen Familien-Suite. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes kamen mehrere andere GĂ€ste fĂŒr einen kurzen Aufenthalt auf Rundreise. Die Suite war gerĂ€umig mit 3 Badezimmern und 2 Außenduschen und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Es gab eine große, schön bepflanzte und ab Mittag schattige Terrasse mit hochwertigen Möbeln und einem Whirlpool. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war qualitativ gut und fĂŒr Italien reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich mit Kuchen, Brötchen, Eiern, frischem Obst, SĂ€ften und Joghurt und KaffeespezialitĂ€ten nach Wunsch. Der Pool scheint recht neu und ist schön angelegt mit modernen Luftbetten und Schirmen. Die BegrĂŒĂŸung war herzlich und die Mitarbeiterin war freundlich und hat uns schon vor der Ankunft per WhatsApp kontaktiert. Die tĂ€gliche Zimmerreinigung war einwandfrei. Das Borgo ist nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Theoretisch könnte man es in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen, was sich anbietet, da beliebte Ziele ca. 45-90 Minuten entfernt sind. Restaurants gibt es einige in der Umgebung. Minuspunkte waren: - hĂ€ufige StromausfĂ€lle (wir haben irgendwann herausgefunden, wie wir diese selbst beheben); in einem Raum ging das Licht zunĂ€chst nicht an und spĂ€ter nicht mehr aus - hĂ€ufig MĂ€use im Appartement (Lage direkt am Feld) - etwas wenig Schatten am Pool - Pool mĂŒsste regelmĂ€ĂŸiger gesĂ€ubert werden Insgesamt ein nettes B&B mit viel Potential und Charme.

Außen hui, innen leider pfui – mehr Schein als Sein Auf den Fotos wirkt das Hotel charmant und hochwertig, doch vor Ort kam schnell die ErnĂŒchterung. Unser Zimmer bot kaum Möglichkeiten zur Kleideraufbewahrung – gerade einmal 10 KleiderbĂŒgel fĂŒr zwei Personen. Ein Fernseher war zwar vorhanden, jedoch ohne Fernbedienung und somit völlig unbrauchbar. Die HandtĂŒcher fusselten extrem, was sehr unangenehm war. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war enttĂ€uschend: trockene Aufbackbrötchen, je eine Sorte KĂ€se und Wurst, etwas Joghurt, MĂŒsli und tiefgekĂŒhlter Kuchen – das war’s. Kein frisches Obst, keine Abwechslung, keine QualitĂ€t. Besonders Ă€rgerlich: An 5 von 7 Tagen funktionierte der Hauptstrom im Zimmer nicht – Deckenlampen, Spiegelbeleuchtung usw. blieben dunkel. Nur die Steckdosen gingen noch. Immerhin wurden uns kleine Stehlampen gebracht, aber das war nur ein schwacher Trost. Ein schwerwiegender Punkt: Uns wurden fĂ€lschlicherweise fast 900 € zu viel abgebucht – und auf die RĂŒckerstattung warten wir immer noch. Das ist nicht nur Ă€rgerlich, sondern einfach inakzeptabel. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der kleine Pool – sauber und schön gestaltet – sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das stets bemĂŒht war, zu helfen. Leider konnte das den Gesamteindruck nicht retten. Man hat das GefĂŒhl, dass hier vor allem auf schnellen Profit gesetzt wird – Leidenschaft oder Liebe zum Detail sucht man vergebens. Fazit: Leider nicht empfehlenswert – wir wĂŒrden nicht noch einmal buchen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒck, sehr freundliches Personal und ein schöner Pool. Ein Sache die uns gestört hat, waren die HandtĂŒcher. Die haben leider sehr gefusselt beim abtrocknen. Und etwas mehr Stauraum fĂŒr Kleidung in unserem Zimmer wĂ€re schön gewesen. Sonst war alles top!

Hotel en chantier, il y a du potentiel mais beaucoup de travail encore. D’ailleurs on se demande si on ne dĂ©range pas un peu car on vit avec les employĂ©s du chantier tous les jours. Les employĂ©s de l’hĂŽtel et les ouvriers sont dans le bar/restaurant en permanence. On ne sent intrus. La chambre soit disant surclassĂ©e avec la douche Ă  40 cm de la tĂȘte de lit alors que la salle de bain est derriĂšre le sĂ©jour? SĂ©jour qui n’a pas de rideau et qui est en face de l’accueil
 trĂšs compliquĂ©, obligĂ© de se vĂȘtir Ă  chaque aller-retour vers la salle de bain ou les toilettes. NĂ©anmoins le site pourrait ĂȘtre agrĂ©able mais il y a beaucoup de choses Ă  revoir. Merci Ă  la jeune fille qui est au petit dĂ©jeuner et au mĂ©nage et au checkout
 elle fait de son mieux avec beaucoup de gentillesse, discrĂ©tion et un grand sourire. La seule a avoir compris les codes du tourisme et de l’accueil.
