Dealing with Deposit was unfair
We were for 10 days with three children. The apartment is big enough, well prepared and comfortable.
My children broke an old ikea lamp.
The Manager told me that the lamp is approximately two years old and told the price from that time. So she decided to keep the same price from the deposit.
She couldn’t find the bill of buying the lamp which I need for the insurance.
I offered her to buy a new similar one from ikea and send me a bill. She refused that.
Positiv was: the Apartment was clean and there are nice Pools in the residence. Very calm and secure there.
Parking was in the building which is excellent. The door of the garage is not working good. But it works.
Location: 10-15 minutes driving To the supermarkets and to the beach. Even Cannes is relativ close. Depends on The traffic, it took sometimes to Cannes 30 minutes driving way on Rush hour time .
Air conditioning: was very good. AC located in the living room and work very good. But you will probably have to pay extra for that. Which is clearly explained.
the owner is always reachable, Kind and answer very fast.
