For the price one cannot ask for more : clean room, comfy bed (not too hard like what you sometimes get in Asia) breakfast is adequate (simple western and Asian dishes) and the staff is VERY friendly. This is not a five star in terms of material comfort but is it is in terms of welcome. Btw the Thai restaurant closeby (2 minutes walk) is worth a try... Thank you Ye Myanmar
