One of the quiet hotel I ever stayed in. All staff very helpful and really see you as a guest. Stayed in a stofil, great room and a very comfy bed. Easy to get out in the mittle of city. I can really recommend this hotel

The room was nice. Very friendly person checking in. I kind of despise the service charge which comes out of your bank unless you say you don’t want to pay it. We didn’t wish for our room cleaning when we were there so our only interactions were check in and check out. I asked if I could reduce the amount to £10 - the girl didn’t seem to happy but credit to the other (maybe senior) member of staff who said of course and also appeared very grateful. Would be better system to have a card machine purely for tips that they have in some coffee shops where on checkout people are free to type in an amount and tap their card. It feels nicer to give from free will.

DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS DIRECTIONS MAKE SURE YOU PUT POST CODE IN IF YOU TYPE TREEHOUSE IT TAKES YOU TO A DEAD END. Took us 1hour to get from there to the actual hotel But the room was spotless, staff really helpful.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in lately. Everything was exceptional. The place is so comfortable, cute and cosy and the location ideal and the details, oh the details, are just so carefully curated. Even the staff were so kind, they helped me with a sick child into a cab at 3am to go to the ER with such genuine concern. Save yourself the research and just stay here! If there was a Treehouse in every place I went I would stay there.

We loved the room and the whole hotel design. The only cons was the wait to get into our room - check in at 3pm but when we arrived at 3.45pm the room still wasn’t ready and I had to chase the receptionist at 4.15 when we finally got keys. Breakfast food was good but I had to ask for things like serving spoons on the buffet. Overall good but definitely space for improvement given the cost of the rooms.

Average, breakfast particularly disappointing with very limited à la carte and buffet options. Staff friendly enough, particularly objected to service fee being added to drinks when sitting at bar and the attempt to add another 5% ‘hotel service charge’ to cost of stay when checking out. For the 3 days we were there one of the lifts was out of action which meant with no central staircase we were often left waiting some time for lifts.

The room was gorgeous, large area with seating & a huge TV. Stunningly decorated. The small details such as proper milk in the fridge made the stay. If you’re after a cosy vibe, spacious and relaxing, this is your place. Also super close to the centre & has parking literally next door!
