We had been curious about this hotel since the pictures look good and the price was so reasonable. The employee at the first desk was very sweet. That’s the only positive comment we have. Room 314 was neglected and dirty. The shower was so moldy we both refused to step into it so were unable to shower while on vacation. Even the dresser was filthy. After seeing how neglected the hotel was there was no way we were eating there so we didn’t visit the restaurant or the continental breakfast but staying true to the neglected vibe of the place, the breakfast is set up in the hallway. Just next to the restaurant? It’s not clear why it’s not set up in the restaurant so visitors could sit and eat. And now I review my CC statement to see there’s a random charge from the hotel, 2 days AFTER our stay, for $23.45. We would never stay there again

The staff were great. The room was clean and nice. We had a window problem that was corrected quickly. Toiletries were fine. The only reason for a 4 rating is the continental breakfast was not good - the bagels, muffins & pastry were stale and the coffee was not good. It was a great location. Unfortunately many stores and restaurants were closed on Sundays & Mondays, not the hotel’s fault something to note if visiting Concord NH.
