Bad at first; but staff turned it around for me
First room had rubbish left under the bed so asked to be moved to one that has been cleaned correctly. Was upgraded to one of the best rooms available. This was an excellent room, basically an entire apartment. The guy at breakfast is very helpful and friendly. The only annoyance is they insist on seeing photo ID at check in which I don’t carry because nobody asks for it these days, you have all my info from the booking. So had to text someone at home to send me a photo of it.

Great Location
Check in was poor. Small area to queue. Slow and crowded. Otherwise stay was great. Lovely room, huge bed. Breakfast was busy but worked well. Seating area a little cramped.
