Double tree review

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was nice bed very comfortable. Front Desk staff was attentive. Was shocked our room was not cleaned nor were we provided with clean towels. There was no notification that daily service would not be provided; considering the daily rate we did expect it. That was disappointing.

I didnt use the gym or pool in the end but i did check them out and they looked good. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean not much more you can ask for really. Only place ive stayed on my trip that ive had to pay for parking so far though

Place is nice but for those traveling on the weekend the daily brew coffee shop located by the premises is closed on the weekend. Hotel coffee is terrible and breakfast is not included. But nice place overall.

Decent stay. Staff was nice. We had a clogged bathtub which was gross and inconvenient. We had to coordinate our schedule and modify plans to accommodate it getting fixed before we could all shower. No apologies and nothing offered for the inconvenience that affected both days of our stay. AC also didn’t seem to work well - it was too hot in room.

The rooms seem pretty dirty and not clean. When we switched AC to heater it started terrible from the air. Room should be cleaned properly and bathroom as well. Reception area and restaurant looks great but when you go to the rooms it’s not as expected. I stayed in different Hilton groups hotels but this was pretty poor.

The hotel is very nice and easy to get to. Paid parking is convenient. Staff is friendly especially the breakfast servers. Our room on the top floor was clean and comfortable and had a view of downtown Manchester and surrounding area. My only complaint was that the large sloping windows of the top story were dirty and obscured the view.
