I stayed at Heathcote in Manchester, and while the staff were really lovely and always ready to help, I did have some issues. The heating was a problem I had to ask several times to get the radiator on and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable either. I think with some improvements, it could be a much better experience, but for now, it was a bit disappointing
