My experience was severely impacted by the receptionist, Vinicius. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive throughout our interaction. His communication skills were poor, and his attitude showed a complete lack of respect and basic customer service standards. Dealing with him was frustrating and unpleasant, and it significantly lowered the overall quality of my stay.

Hotel muito bom, cama super confortável. Café da manhã meio fraco, e alimentação em geral não é o forte do hotel, lanche e janta não agradou muito. Mas recomendo. Localização tranquila, só tivemos o azar de pegar uns barulhentos que batiam toda hora porta sei lá.
