Clean room, staff very helpful and polite. Bar staff were fabulous and food was very good (the only thing was they brought nuts and popcorn with the drinks so I struggled to eat my meal)!😀 Sushi restaurant was amazing, first time I’ve had sushi and it was delicious. The only fault was the pool area. It was lovely I must say with the comfortable sun loungers and heated pool but as a Northern European who doesn’t get much sun and loves to sunbathe, the sun went behind the hotel building at 1pm leaving us in the shade which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that we cannot fault the golden tulip.

The room was fabulous, spacious, very clean, mini-fridge, and self serve coffee station. Was on the 28th floor with a fabulous view of the city. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

This hotel knows hospitality, the service was excellent, they allowed early check in and late check out. Generous with amneties and cleaning done to an excellent standard I was really impressed by the hotels standards. Avoid this hotel if you are coming to enjoy your time and spent a nice vacation. I would highly recommend that you avoid this hotel, its the worst hotel i have ever checked in at, the A/C is so noisy in the room and I have asked the receptionist to switch my room and he actually did come to my room and said the whole rooms in this hotel comes this way, the furniture is very old, I wouldn't give this hotel 3 stars and I would highly recommend you to stay at a different hotel, the certain is teared and the carpet is very awful, moreover there is bugs in the room, and the toilet is very old and have water leakages everywhere and its not a 5 stars hotel cleanliness

We were not satisfied with this hotel. We booked this hotel because of the pool. When we arrive we get the information that the pool has been closed for two weeks because of problems with some pipes. I asked why we haven’t gotten any information about this and they seemed surprise that I expected to get suck information!?! If we would have known this we would have cancelled our booking since the pool was the main reason we booked. They also had no information on their website they the pool was closed and they still don’t have such information. They showed no understanding. The room was not properly cleaned either and the brekafast was not great. I would not stay here again.
