I’m platinum VIP Expedia and NONE of the benefits were offered. I asked about the 20% discount on meals and was rejected. No upgrade. They charged me $800 in my card of deposit!! Without letting me know. People not trained in front desk. Love this hotel in Costa Rica and El Salvador but Managua? Never again.
