The staff here is SO friendly! Blanca helped to arrange some transportation with us and got us some great pricing. All of the staff is so accommodating and always smiling. It is safe and secure here. Beds are comfy and the pool is in a beautiful courtyard. Very close to everything you need and beautiful town!

I would give Plaza Marbella a 4/5. Overall, it was a really good stay, mainly because the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the pool area was nice. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. Some areas feel a bit outdated and worn, and the kitchen was very basic – it could use a few more essentials (even a kitchen towel would help). The balcony was often covered in bird droppings, and it didn’t seem like it was being cleaned regularly, even just the table. The pool area is enjoyable, but adding umbrellas or more loungers to lay on would make it even better. Despite these small issues, we had a great stay and really appreciated how helpful the staff was.
