We had a lovely stay. Very convenient location to explore Granada. The grounds of the hotel are picturesque - walkways that overlook the pool and have nice decor. It was really nice staying here. The room was in as good a condition as possible for an older place. It was clean. The AC was cold. No one knew how to help with the ‘smart tv” and Spanish only instructions. The gardens and grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The female manager was genuine and amazingly helpful. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the room. AND no room service or food availability on site. Having said that, the front desk staff arranged for someone from a local restaurant to bring a menu and then returning with a truly amazing, inexpensive meal.
