It looks more like a motel. The beds have yellow sheets. The air conditioning is in poor condition and doesn't cool. The neighborhood looks very bad, and many of the surrounding streets are in poor condition.When I told the manager to cancel the reservation, she gave me a dirty look.

The hotel is very comfortable. It has a restaurant and drinks inside the hotel. It’s better to eat in the room since they bring the food to you because there are a lot of mosquitoes outside. The A/C works perfectly.

I liked that the subdivision to where it is, is secured. All the things that I didn’t like were; the area around the hotel is dirty, trash all around, the street where the hotel is; it’s not paved and when it rains, it’s all muddy. The hotel staff aren’t that friendly and the food most of the time, they served it cold.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service during my recent stay. From the moment I was picked up at the airport to the drop-off at the end, everything was smooth and enjoyable. While it’s not a Hilton, the quality of service far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, the area felt safe and welcoming, and the tour I requested was arranged perfectly — and at a very reasonable rate of $14/hour. I truly had one of the best hotel experiences and would strongly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting for the first time. Keep up the great work!

Positivés: friendly & accommodating staff, made us coffee & a sandwich at 3am when breakfast starts at 4 am.Airport shuttle was easy to arrange and comfortable. Negatives: Mosquitos in the open air restaurant were abundant & annoying & bug spray not offered. Our room was full of ants. Beer was $112 Córdobas ( double priced) and meal prices doubled since I was last there. Will not return.

For what it is, a cheap place to stay close to the airport, it’s pretty good. It’s in a gated community and the area is quiet. The airport shuttle service is punctual. The rooms have AC and they have warm water in the shower. The rooms could be better maintained and they could clean better and have more comfortable beds and pillows. But for the price it’s a good place to spend one night and be close to the hotel. The service is very good, they’re happy to help with anything you need. The included breakfast is simple but good (gallo pinto, bread, coffee - we even were able to eat at 4:30am before our flight. We’ve stayed here several times when we have a flight to catch in the morning, and will continue to do so.
