Fabulous country house with a traditional and typically Mallorcan character, recently renovated with excellent taste in 2,016, located on a rustic plot of 67,000 m2, and located on the top of a hill from which you can enjoy wonderful unobstructed views of both a large stretch of the Levante coast and the Sierra de Tramuntana and other nearby mountains, ensuring a feeling of calm and well-being. The renovated house is perfectly oriented to the southeast, it has 320m2 of covered dependencies, plus open terraces both on the ground floor and on the first floor.
