Sehr ruhig gelegen
Die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Gegend.
Alle kleinere Mängel wurden sofort behoben, Der Vermieter war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Stromabrechnung ist allerdings sehr undurchsichtig. Wir mussten 29,30 € für eine Woche bezahlen, obwohl wir uns kaum in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben. Die Verbrauchszahlen waren nicht transparent.
