Newly built cottage located on a large estate, is located between Manacor and Calas de Mallorca.
It has 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, three bathrooms, two en suite, outside shower, kitchen, living and dining area, with a total capacity for 8 people, two sofa beds.
The house has large terraces where breakfast under the trees or enjoy sunbathing by the pool of 28m2, plus great evenings on the barbecue and dine outdoors with friends and family. There is a large lawn.
It is located in an area of pine grove 200 m from the road between Manacor and Calas de Mallorca, just 2.9 km. from the CENTER RAFA NADAL in Manacor and 6 Km. from virgin beaches such as Cala Varques, Cala Virgili and 15 minutes by car from Porto Cristo or Romantic beach.

Heisser Urlaub

Vom 24.06. bis 06.07.2023 verbrachten wir als Grosseltern mit unserer Enkeltochter (12 ) die Urlaubstage auf der Finca Es Pinaro zwischen Manacor und Porto Cristo. Die Tage auf Mallorca waren außergewöhnlich heiß. Stadtbesichtigungen deshalb nicht sehr attraktiv und die sehr schönen Badestände um Porto Cristo völlig überfüllt. In dieser Zeit war die Finca mit ihren grossen Bäumen, viel Rasen, einem wundervollen Pool und vielen schattigen Sitzmöglichkeiten eine willkommene Oase. Sonnenbaden ohne Nachbargrundstücke, freier Blick über Wiesen und Felder bis zur Baumgrenze; das war schon toll. Pool und Terrassen wurden tätglich in der Frühe gereinigt. Die TT-Platte unter Schattenbäumen wurde sehr oft benutzt. Das grosse Haus bot viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten auch in abgedunkelten Räumen. Sehr angenehm die Ventitaturen in allen Zimmern.. Der hochsommerlichen Situation geschuldet war der Wasserdruck in der oberen Etage etwas schwach. Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Verwalterin war sehr unkompliziert . All diese positiven Dinge bescherten uns einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Idylle pur

Das Haus hat einfach alles was man braucht: Pool (tägliche Reinigung/ Wartung), viel Platz, Grillmöglichkeit, Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit dabei gleichzeitig gute Anbindung nach Manacor. Danke für das Willkommensgeschenk und danke Inma! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Objekt, ruhig gelegen

Es war alles super. Lage ist gut, man ist alleine und hat seine Ruhe. Großes Objekt mit schönen Pool und Spielplatz. Küche, Bäder und Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Tolle Finca mit großem Pool

Wir verbrachten herrliche 7 Tage in der Finca. Der Empfang war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Finca liegt trotz der Straße in ruhiger Lage und bietet durch den Pool und der Ausstattung eine erholsame Zeit. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in weniger als 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns in den sieben Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen in Zukunft gerne wieder.

Très belle maison et super accueil

Nous avons passez trois semaine dans cette maison tout est parfait l’accueil par inma très gentille le moindre souci est réglé instantanément des fruits et légumes nous ont été apporté régulièrement le seul bémol serais un aire de repos à proximité et du coup un peu de bruit la nuit sinon tout était top je recommande

Der Pool war sehr dreckig und ist erst nach Aufforderung gereinigt worden. Die Strasse war sehr laut und da die Sitzecke draußen zur Strasse hin lag konnte man sich dort nicht gut aufhalten.

Es ist ein schönes Haus, alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Mit einem Fahrzeug kann man alles leicht erreichen. Wir fanden keinen so schönen Strand, hat aber nicht so gestört, da wir einen Pool hatten. Wir würden als Familie wieder kommen

Casa tranquila en entorno fantastico

La casa está completamente equipada. Se ve bastante nueva y está muy bien cuidada. El entorno es ideal sobre todo si vas con familias que tengan niños ya que pueden gritar y jugar sin molestar al resto de vecinos. Tiene una zona chill out muy bien equipada. Capacidad de aparcamiento para dos coches grandes. La casa es muy amplia, luminosa y fresquita. La cocina está bien equipada y los dueños muy amables, te proporcionan rápidamente cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. La piscina es grande aunque el agua está fría. Dispone de tumbonas suficientes. El tendedero algo pequeño aunque hay espacio alrededor de la piscina para colgar las toallas. Aspectos negativos tiene muy pocos, por decir algo, hay una habitación superior que tiene un baño el cual la puerta cuesta mucho de abrir; las mamparas de los baños son cortas y hace que salga el agua salpicando el inodoro y las alcachofas de la ducha sale el agua tan abierta que es difícil bo acabar mojándolo todo. La valoración global es positiva. Sin duda, volveré a buscar una de estas casas si vuelvo a la isla.

Tolles Haus mit Pool in guter Lage

Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern in dem Haus. Die Lage an der Landstraße bei Manacor ist gut, da es bis Manacor (mit Lidl) nicht weit ist, und zu den ersten Stränden an der Ostküste (Estany dén Mas) auch nur 10-15min. sind. Das Haus liegt allein mit tollem weitem Blick über Felder. Es ist abgeschirmt zu einem kleinen Parkplatz vor dem Haus mit einem Tor. Wegen diesem Parkplatz hatte man anfangs nachts ein etwas mulmiges Gefühl, da dort immer Autos standen oder sich auch Jugendliche trafen. Komischerweise ließen sich nur die Schlagläden vor den Türen abschließen. Jedoch nicht die eigentlichen Türen. Angeforderte Schlüssel kamen am Ende - funktionierten aber nicht. Dies mindert jedoch nicht den hervorragenden Gesamteindruck, den das Haus auch innen bietet, mit 3Bädern an den 3 Schlafzimmern. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es ist alles da was man braucht. Sogar Waschmittel für Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Schön wäre noch Salz u. Pfeffer gewesen, was fehlte. Ein kleiner Begrüßungsteller mit einheimischen Dingen stand allerdings bei Ankunft in der Küche. Die Spülmaschine ist leider kaum zu gebrauchen gewesen, da sie einfach nicht sauber macht, und wir das meiste dann doch von Hand spülen mußten. Der Empfang geschah durch den Hausmeister, der sehr nett war, aber nur spanisch konnte. Kontakt funktionierte dann über einen "Verwalter"(?) der auch deutsch konnte. Diesen haben wir jedoch nie gesehen. Und auch die Vermieterin Maria trat nicht in Erscheinung, so dass das Ganze etwas unpersönlich war. Was wir auf Dauer etwas störend empfanden, war, dass der Hausmeistern jeden(!) Tag kommen mußte um die Beregnung des Gartens in Gang zu setzen. Und man wußte nie um welche Uhrzeit...Er war wirklich sehr nett, aber es stört dann doch wenn er frühmorgens beim Frühstück um die Ecke kommt oder die Regner anmacht, während man in der Lounge sitzt und von diesen dann naß wird. Dies muß nicht sein und könnte sehr einfach mit einer Automatik für die Beregnung gelöst werden. Hervorragend ist aber wirklich der Pool mit der Terasse hinter dem Haus. Toll ist auch der Baumbestand mit den Pinien um das Haus, da diese den ganzen Tag Schatten spenden. Es ist aber immer auch genug Sonne da. Die Strände in der Nähe sind meist sehr schön aber im Juli voll - so dass wir Pool und Terasse (mit Grill) viel genutzt haben. Abends ist Mancor und die Restaurants zu empfehlen oder Porto Cristo. Letztlich ein sehr schönes Haus welches wir weiterempfehlen können
