A modern holiday villa close to the beach with air conditioning and private pool, the holiday home Can Llorenç has a very modern kitchen with dishwasher and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa is located near the coastal towns of Porto Cristo and Cala Mendia in the east of Mallorca and is close to the beach. The villa has air conditioning, underfloor heating, ironing board, iron, washing machine, TV with satellite and international channels and Wi-Fi internet connection. The holiday home has a private pool and garden in the landscaped outdoor area. There is also a terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a table tennis table, a covered barbecue area and an enclosure with chickens, pigeons and ducks. The nearest supermarket is located in the centre of Cala Mendia, which is a couple of minutes (1.5km) away by car. There is also a modest selection of restaurants and bars in the area. Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden. Wunderschönes großes Haus, modern und schön eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, genügend Platz innen und außen um zusammen zu essen, toller großer Pool, alles sauber und intakt. Strand, Bar und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Der Vermieter war super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und antwortete immer umgehend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
