This beautiful three bedroom, three bath condo is located in Chamonix Building A which is walking distance from Canyon Lodge which is a full service ski lodge. The condo is a tri-level end unit that does not have anyone above or below them. The condo is beautifully decorated with new comfy furniture to relax in after a fun filled day in this small mountain community. There is a new flat screen tv in the living room to relax after a busy day. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite countertops, all new appliances and tile flooring. There are tv's in each of the three bedrooms. The condo includes FREE Wi-Fi. There is brand new carpeting throughout the condo. It is a wonderful setting in either summer or winter!

Winter activities beyond skiing and snowboarding are sledding, cross country skiing, and snow mobiles.

Relax in the jacuzzi with a cool drink. Or snuggle up with a good
book and take time for yourself. Yosemite is just a little over one
hour away if you want to be out for a great adventure. Or the ghost town of Bodie is a little over an hour.

Summer is a great time to explore the great outdoors. Five lakes are within just a few miles of the condo for your swimming or fishing enjoyment. In addition there are tennis courts nearby in a beautiful setting surrounded by tall pines.

Mountain biking is a very popular sport in Mammoth. Take the gondola to the top of Mammoth Mountain for breath taking views of the surrounding area. Relax at the music festival in August.

Keys must be returned to lockbox at departure & scramble lock to avoid a $35 charge from security dep. Maid service provided after departure.

Location, location, location! This unit made accessing the slopes very easy. Just a short walk up around the corner and you're at Canyon Lodge. And you can even shorten that walk (coming home) by skiing to the bottom of Chair 7. Another great feature is its proximity to the Trolley line. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex or you can use the Village Gondola which takes you directly to the village below.

Trip was very good. Condo is served out needs. They always seem to cram to much furniture into the size of condo it is. After we got it heated up the place was comfortable. Do not care for the heaters turning on and off during the night.

This condo was in a great location and an end unit which made it even better. We used the Canyon Lodge gondola to go to the village and the red line to get to the Main Lodge. We used the rec room in our down time, and there was plenty of firewood available for the fireplace. I would suggest bringing fire starters for the fireplace. Austria Hof is across the street, and the food was delicious. The condo owner was quick to respond to texts and emails. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is amazing for skiing, nice common areas, cozy fireplace and good amenities. We were 8 people (2 families of 4), which was stated as the max for this property. It would have been nice with 8 chairs around the dining tables and another lounge chair or similar in the living room area to fit everyone, but overall we really liked it and are definitely considering coming back.

Had a great stay at this location. Overall facility was very well kept. Condo was a short walk to Canyon lift (end of Canyon parking lot and just around the corner). Not too far in snowboard gear but not walkable in a pair of ski boots. Super clean. Everything worked. AAA Will be returning next year.

This was a nice condo that got the job done for my group (me, my wife, my baby, and three friends). It was helpful to have a loft bedroom upstairs (level 3) separated from the two downstairs bedrooms (level 1) so that the baby didn't disturb anyone else's sleep. The main living area (level 2) and kitchen were a bit on the small side, so you probably wouldn't want to try to host a gigantic group here, but for the size advertised it was comfortable.

The best part about this rental is the location. Canyon Lodge is a quick walk from the condo, which means everyone can be on their own schedule with when and how long they ski or snowboard. That flexibility makes such a difference. We very much enjoyed our stay, loved having a fireplace, and loved having separate rooms and bathrooms. Highly recommend!
