We really enjoyed our stay at your Townhome at the Woodlands. Everything was amazing. My only complaint is that for a high quality townhome with a very expensive daily rate, you were very stingy with the products left in the home. One of the bathrooms upstairs had no hand soap at all! We actually had to step in to the shower to get soap to wash our hands after going to the bathroom, which we all thought was ridiculous! The kitchen dishwashing liquid was extremely watered down to where we couldnʻt even get grease off the pots and pans. Five dishwasher pods given for a seven day stay? The math doesnʻt add up. Paper towels were so thin, why even bother leaving any. Only one towel given per person. With a jacuzzi and sauna, it was difficult to use the same towel for that and our showers. There should be pool towels available in your townhome. We would have brought our own items and products if we knew these basics werenʻt going to be provided. Given the rental cost, we assumed they would be. Because we were there for an incredible snow storm, 63 inches in a few days, we were home bound for a couple days and not able to get out and purchase these items. It made cooking along with other things frustrating! Other than the place was perfect!
