Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. The place is under construction, so great they’re paying attention to it. The only reason we stayed here was because they allow pets. But wow, our room had stains on the wall, torn curtains, and smelled really bad from cigarettes and god know what else. Staff was really nice and helpful. But the property just isn’t great. They do have covered parking. Free breakfast was minimal. Pool was drained and all the walls ripped out. So it was a mess. I’m hoping to come back after the renovation but it wasn’t looking great when I stayed.

Hard bed, old and dated interior, lamp shades deteriorated and also the window drapes shredding apart. Carpet is old and ripped. Nothing fancy but I feel I over paid at $150 a night.

The desk service was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good; including fresh made waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. The room was just ok. The furniture looked like it was from the 80's and well used. The bed was comfortable and pillows in good shape. The carpet looked in poor condition and in need of professional cleaning/replaced. The hallway carpets were in worse condition and there was a smell in the hallway (carpet most likely). This is a winter destination and it is understandable the carpets get wet more often than normal.

Basically everything, pet room that was not clean, smelled bad, stained carpet & shabby. Almost nonexistent Continental Breakfast, no access to pool or jacuzzi. Coffee was terrible. Shiloh Inn in Mammoth Lakes has gone way down hill.

I had wonderful experience stayed in Oregon Shilo Inn with restaurant class sit down breakfast. This one was so disappointing. Broken doors unfinished window sill, swimming poor, garage are under construction. Worst experience in my years of traveling.
