Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov or by calling 800-427-7623.

Propery has been under renovation and pr new ownership for the past year. Pool has been closed, driveway is busted up and rough, bathroom has drywall patching, and the place is in desperate need of renovation asap.

The check inn was fast and nice front desk lady. The property was in construction so was a lit bit difficult to find as it did not have the street number or the hotel name went we arrive, Even tho it was in renovation; there was nice quite room. I guess the only thing i will change is the carpet it was with stains and duty. The rest was clean.

Crusty Carpets

I think they really should just bulldoze the places and start again. By far the worst thing was the carpets. The room carpet was old and stained but the hallway was indescribable. Solid crusty stain. Moving to the breakfast. The scrambled eggs had orange stripes. Very scary. I do not need perfection but this was horrible.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. Under construction. On a positive the guy at the front desk was nice and accommodating. He exchanged our room because our first one was super ghetto. Breakfast buffet is a joke. It’s good for a cup of Folgers coffee and that’s about it. Location is convenient and it’s nice to have a parking garage.

Hotel is very dated from the 90s. Full construction zone out front and in the pool. Nothing was noted before booking that remodel was currently happening. Was looking forward to pool after long days on the mountain. No access to pool as it was closed. Access to sauna was very poorly lit with little to no lighting and very dirty

The room was clean but the drapes were ripped, raw wood for the windowsill, damaged room lamp, and day old coffee for breakfast. Loss of power to entire building so that we had to walk down the stairs from the 4th floor, and I have limited mobility. Much construction going on and not at all like it was advertised. never again.
