Gather the whole family for an unforgettable Mammoth getaway in this beautifully renovated 4-bedroom + loft, 4-bathroom townhome, ideally located just steps from the slopes near Eagle Lodge. Sleeping up to 14 guests and featuring spectacular Sherwin Mountain views, a private hot tub, multiple gathering spaces and two primary suites. This spacious home is made for memorable mountain vacations. The main living area takes full advantage of the incredible setting, with beautiful mountain views right from the couch. After a day of adventure, cozy up around the gas fireplace on one of the two comfortable sofas, catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or gather around the additional dining/game table for cards and family game night. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse-style sink and everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. The adjacent dining area seats eight, with additional bar seating for three. Prefer to cook outside? Fire up the private gas BBQ grill and enjoy the mountain setting. One of the many highlights of the home is the private outdoor hot tub, located on the back deck, the perfect place to unwind after skiing, hiking, or biking while taking in the crisp mountain air. With bedrooms spread throughout the multi-level floor plan, there is plenty of space and privacy for larger groups. The home features two primary suites. The first offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, direct access to the private hot tub and a beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower. The second primary suite also features a King bed, flat-screen TV and updated private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and flat-screen TV, while the fourth bedroom offers a Queen bed with a Twin trundle. An additional updated full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located on the lower level. Upstairs, the loft creates a fun retreat for the kids, complete with two Twin beds, an additional Twin trundle, and its own flat-screen TV. A fourth full bathroom with a shower is located on the entry level. A private washer and dryer add the convenience of home and make this property especially well suited for extended stays and active mountain vacations. Whether you're visiting for skiing and snowboarding in winter or hiking, mountain biking and outdoor adventures in summer, the location puts you right in the heart of the Mammoth experience. Your stay also includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, plus racquetball and basketball courts. During the summer, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. The host was super responsive throughout our whole trip. The property was very cute and tastefully upgraded. The views from the condo were breathtaking. Only down side was there wasn’t enough couches for our whole family to lounge in when watching movies. We made due, though!

Fantastic stay with 3 families

We had the perfect space with 3 couples in the bedrooms, a little kid bunk room and the teens in the loft. Best view from the hot tub after walking to and from the lift each day. Cooked every night for all 12 of us and will be back to this property next year! Even boot warmers in the garage.

Great place for a large group who wants ski in/ski out

We had 5 adults and 7 teens with space for everyone! The place is stocked with most everything you need and the property team was great about getting us replacements/ repair for things that didn't work (humidifiers, hot tub, slats in the bed). The heat is a bit challenging to regulate given it's 4 levels but we found a happy medium with space heaters for the bottom floor so the top floor wasn't too hot. We would stay here again for sure!!

Townhouse was very good. Great location. Minor issues, but still very good. Property Manager, Mammoth Sierra was not very helpful and Looking at past reviews the same issues were there not taken care of (eg broken screens and window openers). So if I was the owner I would look for a new property manager.

Love Ski-in Ski-out!

Awesome stay to house my large group. Kitchen was well supplied so we could cook great meals. To access the slopes, it's a short 50 yard walk from the front door - amazing. Only complaint was that the wifi was very very poor. This made working from the condo very challenging and frustrating. Hoping the host can fix this asap for future guests. Overall, wonderful stay, and would come again. Thanks!

Perfect for our family

Nice home that was as advertised! Roomy, nicely appointed, well stocked kitchen, beautiful view. Our 7 adults were able to join comfortably in the great room and for meals in the dining area, and had plenty of space in each of the bedrooms and loft. It provided a great home for a wonderful trip.Our only disappointment was that the private spa was dirty, we needed someone to come out and reprogram to heat it, and the jets didn’t work. While management was responsive and sympathetic to the problems, one of the reasons we booked was for the private spa. Hopefully the spa will be repaired or replaced, and we would love to return next year.

Great Place!

This property is a great place to stay especially if you have a larger group. The rooms were spacious, the loft was semi private, and the kitchen and living layouts were great. The view from the windows were beautiful especially in the snow. If it’s snowing, and you don’t have an all wheel drive or snow tires, just make sure to take the uphill drive to the property a little quicker just to get through the incline part. Once we figured out the technique, it was easy. Last tip: Apparently there’s a shortcut to Eagle. If you’re inside the property coming out, you’ll want to make a left and go straight up the small hill - from there it should be a 4-5 min walk to Eagle which sure beats looking for parking.

If you are looking to stay in my Mammoth during winter, this is a perfect home for a big family it accommodates 3 couples , one master bedroom with master suite, another bedroom with a king bed and private restroom, 3 bedroom with a queen bed with a share bathroom with the 4th bedroom that’s has two bunks with a twin bed , and 5th bedroom being the loft . The loft in not private so u have to go the main living area to use the restroom in the hallway leading to the main living area ( kitchen , living room )It’s basically a three story home so if you’re in the bottom floor, you do have to go up the stairs to the main living area. It’s a nice home it needs updates in the kitchen with the utensils , but if u don’t care about that then you’re good . We did have an issue with the heating system because it seem like the heater would not go more than a certain temperature so I’d did get cold in the bottom floor . The house is great for a big family . And is also in a great location .

The front door knob fell off, but maintenance came the next day and fixed it. Neither of the king rooms had locks on the doors for privacy, and the heat did not seem to work in the left bedroom on the bottom floor. Aside from that, the location wa perfect, the unit was clean and the location, off of Eagle, was perfect. It's great for a large family and we've been coming to the Bridges condos for years now. This unit was particularly good because it had 2 king rooms.

The dryer would run but there wasn't any heat so the clothes didn't dry. I am very surprised there were no bicycles available for guests to use. That would have elevated our experience substantially. We really needed more light in the bottom floor rooms. The hot tub balcony had no lights and the lights on the hot tub itself did not work. So overall a positive experience but there are some fixes that are needed around the house.

Great space for a large group of people (and a dog)! There are ample comfortable, clean spaces to sleep and the living room was great for us to congregate and hang out in. Checking in and out was smooth, and the hosts were very responsive when sharing a few things around that needed to be fixed (nothing that was bothersome or affected the comfort of our stay). The house had everything we needed. A note that there are 4 stories in this house if you are traveling with older folks!

perfect location for a skiing

Walk to the hill and ski or board down to the Eagle lodge, its that easy. Place is several bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it very easy for a larger group to enjoy the stay. The kitchen could be a bit better stocked, but overall it worked. This was our second time staying and would go back again for another trip for sure.
