This remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit is spacious and a great place to say with easy access to year-round activities.
The Space:
The free green line shuttle travels to the Eagle Lodge and the Village. Shops, restaurants, and hiking and biking trails are within walking distance. Snowcreek Golf Course is a quick 4-minute drive away.
A mudroom wall is available to the left upon entry. Hang your coats and set your winter gear down before walking into a cozy living room. There is a flat screen TV, cable, DVD/Blue Ray player and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Gather around for a night in with some hot chocolate. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests. Firewood is provided in the patio area.
A fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for homemade meals. There is a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, pots/pans, wine opener and more. Enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading out onto the slopes. The dining table has seats for 6.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed and mounted TV. An alcove near the front of the home has a built-in Twin bunk bed built into the wall, great for the kids. A full bathroom is available for guests to share.
There are 2 outdoor parking spots with permits. The community sauna, hot tub, rec room, and laundry facilities are available year round. The recreation room has a ping pong table, pool table, and video games. The communal pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ stations are only available during the summer.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The Horizons is not a pet friendly complex. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Next door neighbor lives there full time and will (and have) report any renters bringing pets with fines starting at $150-300 per day. Renters will be responsible for any fines incurred for violations of HOA rules.

Rats, mosquitos, stained covers with holes, slippery tub, no shutters/private shading on bedroom windows, forced to sleep on the sofa bed do to an unstable bed, outdated, limited channels, no instructions on how to use the outdated tv/cable, remotes, slow water in toilet, just all around bad.
