Let me just say, I was disappointed in the room, mattress and bathroom being sub par and rundown. Not sure how old the facility is, but the heaters were ineffective.Even at the highest setting I couldn't feel any heat coming out. The staff tried to help but the 2nd room had the same issue. Luckily the 2nd night I found an extra blanket, but won't stay there again.

The hotel is getting a bit “tired”. A redo should be in the near future. It was clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. The staff made accommodations for our funeral group to play cards in the lobby area and were terrific.

Knocked 2 stars off for the following: we primarily booked bc of the indoor pool - I called to ask if the pool was temp controlled before I booked - I was told yes it was temp controlled... I get to the hotel to check in and am told the pool is out of order....like what? How was I not told that on the phone anyway, that's my only complaint.
