The hotel was okay overall. There were long waiting times for the elevators, especially during busy periods. The breakfast was acceptable but could be improved, as it was not very impressive. The playroom was a nice idea, but some of the games were broken and need maintenance. The gym, however, was very good, clean, and well-equipped.

Some of the staff very nice, some seemed like they were tired of the servive business. Hit and miss on language skills as some spoke hardly any Swedish and some spoke soso English. So we had to change language to accommodate the staffs abilities. Bed not suited for couples retreat as they move apart when you turn in your sleep. You can hear the neighbors a bit more than I would like so you have to be careful with the volume in your room. The proximity to station, mall and Arena is unbeatable though.
