Inside, the ceilings are high and the spaces are spacious. The living room features a large sofa in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is spacious, with a wood-burning stove that provides warmth on cold fall and spring days, and the kitchen table has an extension leaf for larger gatherings. The upper floor features a large bedroom and a guest room, both with double beds. A bathroom and a toilet with a composting toilet are located on the ground floor.



The garden is sunny and warm despite the trees, which provide shelter. You can choose from several seating areas depending on whether you want to sit in the sun or in the shade. On the porch, sheltered by three walls with windows, you can sit comfortably even in the spring and fall.



The Fållökna Nature Reserve has swimming spots at Uvberget and near the parking lot. Malmköping offers historic houses, flea markets, and antique shops. The Sörmlandsleden trail and other hiking trails are nearby. Blacksta Vineyard is 25 minutes away, and Sagostigen is 20 minutes away. Eskilstuna, home to the zoo, is about 40 minutes away.
