Expedia was deceiving- there is an extra fee and reservation needed for the pool- so I picked it for the pool and didn't get to go in as the spa was closed when we got there and we were leaving in the morning. The restaurant, breakfast and room was great except they put the toilet in a separate room so you have to walk around to wash your hands- kind of annoying

Great stay for visiting Spa Francorchamps

New property that is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Great service from the staff and nice breakfast at the hotel. Clean indoor garage as well. Located near the famous race track, great stay for motorsports enthusiasts.

Spa and pool not included

The acommodation was great, food and service was also great. However, the sauna and poool usage is a rip off. It was not even stated during the booking process that it costs extra. I think if it had been included in the hotel price, or at least been transparent from the start, it would have been better. You will only know about the extra cost few days before your stay and no possibility of cancelling it.

Great hotel but needs some focus to be outstanding

First time at the hotel but regular party to the area for driving at Spa. Great safe parking, nice room and the restaurant good. Need to deal with staffing to provide better service. We had expensive wine, but was too cold. It comes straight from the wine wall, which does not work for red wine. If service was better we could order red early. Need to sort out above if we are to stay again.

Excellent, but if you want to swim it has to be for 2 hours pre- booked. A swim before breakfast is nice but not for that long. If you need to check out then you really need to be up early if you want to do that. We had a beer in the bar the night before and I paid the bill before leaving. On the invoice I was charged 3 Euro. Strange. I left behind a few items in the bathroom ( electric toothbrush etc ) that I forgot to pack. When I called the hotel when I got home they said nothing was found in the room. Double strange. Otherwise, excellent visit.

little things let it down

The hotel itself was great just what I expected clean and comfortable... Reception staff friendly and helpful just a shame the rest of the staff didn't follow suit. Was disappointing service to be turned away from a half empty restaurant with unhelpful staff saying they are understaffed so we can't eat in the restaurant but we could have room service? which surely is harder work then allowing us to seat in the very empty laid up restaurant area. Shame as would put me off staying here again

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The check-in was perfectly implemented. As was checkout. The garage and bike garage were clean and easily accessible. The bike garage in particular was secure and very well equired with bike stands and charging points for E-Bikes. Our room was clean, fresh and modern with a nice balcony. Fridge was included but not so cold. The room was cleaned daily and staff were friendly. Buffet Breakfast was very good and we especially like the Waffle and Pancake Makers. We ate once in the restaurant and enjoyed our evening there too...again excellent staff and service throughout. Perhaps the plus point of having a bike garage could be improved by offering more to those guests with bikes - like bike maps and more information on the biking trails. We would come again and easily recommend to family, friends and colleagues!
