Sehr freundliches Personal und Gastgeber. Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Ortsmitte, Skibus, Loipen, Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Personal Service sehr gestresst- wir haben noch nie in ein Restaurant so oft- Nein bekommen- sogar wurden wir angegriffen warum wir etwas fragen- laut und vor andere Gäste in Restaurant!!! Hotel befindet sich in sehr gute Lage, Parkplätze sind sehr begrenzt und nicht geräumt- es lag 5 cm dicke Eis Schicht unter Autos, obwohl Parkplätze in Hotelhof sich befinden- ein großes Gefahr für Kinder und Erwachsene- manche Gäste haben mit Spikes das Auto ein/aus geladen. Wer übernimmt die Kosten falls jemand sich verletzt und die Reise nicht mehr weiter machen kann? Kinder waren teilweise bis 24:00 Uhr in Treppen Bereich gespielt und geschrien- keine sagt etwas- keine klare Regeln, keine Ruhezeit!- Antwort von Betreiber war: Hauptsache die bezahlen! Als letzte Alternative- Ja, sonst lieber sucht ihr etwas anderes! Wir werden der Ort erneut besuchen, aber das Hotel nie wieder! Was ich nicht verstehe ist: woher kommen 3 ***?
