An architect designed holiday cottage with a swimming pool. From the house you have an outstanding view of the sea at Malling. The house has kept its 70s design and this is a golden opportunity for those that want to go back to that era. A billiard table guarantees for your entertainment. The large combined kitchen and living room has a fireplace and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool department has a 9x4 metre large swimming pool. On cold days you can light the fireplace which is located in the pool area. There are 4 bedrooms of which the 2 are most suited for children as the beds are rather small. A large park-looking garden surrounds the house. Enjoy long summer nights on the covered terrace or with a walk along the coast. The house is located just south of Aarhus where you find shopping, sights and attractions for the whole family.
