130m² upstairs gîte comprising a simple, equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a beautiful, bright veranda with dining room. The two bedrooms are equipped with two 140 cm beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, and the toilet is separate. To make your stay enjoyable, charges and heating are included, sheets are optional. Parking access limited to one normal-sized vehicle near the gîte (excluding trucks or vans). This peaceful, characterful house is ideally located to explore the heart of the Rhône-Alpes region: at the crossroads of the Ardèche, Rhône and Isère departments. For nature and hiking lovers, there are several marked hiking trails at the foot of the gîte to help you discover the richness of this area. Jocelyne & Lionel open the doors of their spacious and functional accommodation. Sit on the terrace in the shaded and flowery courtyard to give yourself a breath of fresh air: admiring the landscape, listening to the river and the birds.
