Such a special place, the lake view from your private deck is just beautiful, very comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and super comfortable couch. This was my first stay but it won’t be my last. Look no further this is the place to stay, so close to everything Mallacoota has to offer. Our hosts are super hosts, very welcoming , friendly and helpful.

The views overlooking the Mallacoota Inlet from the dining/lounge room upstairs were terrific. The downstairs bedroom was spacious as was the bathroom, which had the best shower I have had for a long time. The small shopping centre was about a two minute walk away however, there is a good pub and an excellent chinese restaurant. Also two supermarkets are located within the main street.

Amenities are perfect. However, We disappointed that the musty smell in the bedrooms was so bad. I was literally have to cover my nose to fall to sleep. The cupboards in the bedrooms are also smelly.

Picturesque and quiet neighborhood. Groceries, the waterfront, beach and trails are close by. Nice views on the bay from the deck. Everything you'll need to cook meals is present. Had a pleasant, relaxing stay, Jeff and Rachel are very welcoming and helpful with info about hikes and swimming.

Clean, spacious apartment with water views.

A last minute booking when Queensland went into lock down found us in Mallacoota unexpectedly. This town house style accomodation was fabulous! Water views from the deck, living room and main bedroom. The Queen bed was so comfortable, we slept really well. The heating was great (it was very cold at night), we used the BBQ on the deck (the deck is shared with another apartment but we didn't see them) and the kitchen had all we needed to self cater. Take your own salt/pepper and oil though, there are no condiments at all. Geoff was really friendly and helpful. There was off street undercover parking right next to the front door and the apartment was a short walk from the centre of town (5 mins). We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable, and in central location. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The price was great. Very happy to stay there and definitely will choose it when I visit Mallacoota next time.

We really enjoyed our stay our two young girls loved the deck . The whole home was safe for our girls age 1 and 4 it was a very nice place to stay the photos do not give it justice. Recommend for a small family.

A 3 minute walk to the town centre. Clean, well equipped unit for a family of 5. Lovely to meet Geoff and Rachael who have just taken over the management of the complex, friendly greeting and were very accomodating when we requested an ironing board.

A reasonable place to stay

This is a reasonable place to stay. There is ample space for a family with a good sized kitchen and living area, and the bed and linen were comfortable. The furnishings and drapes are quite tired and need refreshing and the bathroom could do with an update, with signs of mould on the ceiling. The new owners are friendly and welcoming and seem to be making some improvements.

These apartments are good value for money, located very close to the town centre. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very hot! The host was quick to respond too. Thanks.
