Απαράδεκτο ξενοδοχείο

Το ξενοδοχείο LINO MARE είναι το πιο απαράδεκτο ξενοδοχείο που έχω επισκεφθεί! Ενώ είχα κάνει κράτηση on line (10 ημέρες πριν), και αφού 2-3 ημέρες πριν τη διαμονή μου είχα επικοινωνήσει και τηλεφωνικώς με το ξενοδοχείο για να διασφαλίσω την εγκυρότητα της κράτησης, την ημέρα που έφτασα εκεί (8 ώρα το απόγευμα γιατί τότε έφτανε το καράβι και αφού τους είχα ενημερώσει και για την ώρα άφιξής μου) μου είπαν οτι δεν είχαν δωμάτιο για να μείνω και ότι έτσι συμβαίνει με τις on line κρατησεις και καλύτερα να συνεργαστώ με αυτά που μου προτείνουν γιατί δεν θα τα πάμε καλά...όπως μου είπαν! Ήταν αγενέστατοι, αμφισβήτησαν την τιμή του δωματιου παρότι τους έδειχνα την τυπωμένη επιβεβαίωση και τελικά μετά από 1,5 ώρα μου βρήκαν σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο και την επομένη επέστρεψα σε αυτό. Δεν είχαν όλα όσα έγραφαν ως ανέσεις (πχ. σεσουάρ) και το αποκορύφωμα στο τέλος μου έδωσε ο κύριος στη reception άκυρη απόδειξη-τιμολόγιο (δεν αναφερόταν ΑΦΜ, ούτε ημ/νία, και ήταν από ένα παλιό μπλοκάκι παρατημένο στο συρτάρι τους)! Η αλήθεια είναι ότι λόγω έκπτωσης μέσω internet η τιμή ανά βραδιά ήταν χαμηλή...τώρα και τσάμπα να μου το έδιναν δεν πρόκειται να πήγαινα ξανά!!!!!!

Pour petits budgets et petites attentes...

Certes cet hôtel n'est pas cher mais voici quelques aspects négatifs constatés cet été : - A mon arrivée à l'hôtel, vers 20 heures, la chambre n'était pas prête... - Chambre globalement pas propre, notamment la salle de bain : j'ai dû revisser l'accroche de la douche, évacuation bouchée ( cheveux, etc.), fond des toilettes...non non j'arrête là la description ! - TV hors service et wifi plus qu’instable. - Piscine très très petite... - Petit déjeuner assez particulier surtout le "jus d"orange" en poudre... - Dernier point : ne pas oublier ou laisser sa clé l'après-midi car vous risquez de trouver porte close et un accueil un tantinet "froid" ( sieste du monsieur...). J'ai oublié de demander aux nombreux Russes présents dans l'hôtel ce qu'ils en pensaient...

Besvikelse

De tjänster/bekvämligheter som fanns beskrivet på expedias hemsida stämde ej, nr 1 transport till och från flygplatsen fanns ej, nr 2 de hittade inte vår bokning, jag visade bokningspapper från expedia och de var ändå på oss tre ggr från det att vi anlände och frågade om vår bokning. nr 3 varm och kall frukostbuffe - fanns ej nr 4 rummet var smutsigt när vi kom nr 5 pentry = kylskåp och diskho, fanns ej tallrikar, glas, bestick eller något annat nr 5 trädgård- fanns ej nr 6 solstolar och parasoll vid stranden fanns ej, man fick betala andra strandklubbar 2 eurp per stol och dag nr 7 flerspråkig personal - de förstod knappt och då menar jag knappt engelska nr 8 kaffebryggare fanns ej nr 9 hårtork fanns ej nr 10 begränsad städning = ingen städning nr 11 toalettartiklar ingår = man fick be om toalettpapper..... nr 12 satellit-tv = ur funktion nr 13 pool = fanns ej nr 14 de försökte ta betalt för "gratisfrukosten" flera ggr och inte bara med oss utan med andra gäster med som hade frukost ingår på deras bokning nr 15 bar vid poolen = stängd. Sen var det övriga saker som att duschdrapperiet inte räckte ner till golvet så halva badrummet var översvämmat när man duschat, avloppet fungerade inte som det skulle så man fick duscha sparsamt, fanns ej alltid varmvatten, fick en varsin handduk 15x30 cm, fick gå och köpa duschhandduk det första vi gjorde....med andra ord en stor besvikelse, skulle inte rekommendera detta till någon...

Всё и сразу

Останавливалась в августе 2014 на 10 дней. Минусы: за всё это время номер !ни разу! не убирали, кофеварка и плита отсутствовали, wi-fi капризничал, завтраки однообразные. Зато всё это с лихвой компенсировали плюсы: 1-несомненно шикарное расположение отеля для тех, кто хочет тишины, но при этом иметь быстрый доступ к морю, общественному транспорту, магазинам, кафешкам и кино; 2-хозяева умеренно дружелюбны и лишний раз лезть не станут; 3-горячая вода и вполне приличная ванная; 4-кому важно - имеется лифт и джакузи на крыше. Курить нельзя, но никто вас проверять не будет ;) В целом считаю, что мне очень повезло найти такой хороший отель за малую цену.
