The apartment is spread over two floors and has a large living room/kitchen with sofa/bed, a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and three bathrooms.
A balcony with lake view completes the apartment which has a private parking space and can accommodate up to 6 adults.
Guests are allowed free use of the swimming pool of the nearby Casa Rabagno hotel.
The apartment is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of drinks or food or consumables are provided that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).
On the ground floor there is a bar which will be able to provide breakfast. The cost, not included in the rental price, must be agreed directly with the manager.
Check-in is from 16.00pm to 20.00pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.
