"At breakfast , l asked for a omelet with some vegetables to be added to my omelet. The cook ( a young boy with a unfriendly attitude, refused to add tomatoes to my omlet) . He was extremely unprofessional and rude. It a pity that the hotel employs those who have no experience in customer service. ..."
