Apartment located in building 1825, completely restored, located in the historic town. In the environment of the Thyssen Museum. Close to the Calle Larios and the Plaza de la Merced. Yet very quiet, no noise and very central. Near the port and the beach.

A little gem in a great location.

We had a really enjoyable stay in this very comfortable and well situated apartment. It's location couldn't be better with all the main sights and attractions within walking distance. There are loads of places to shop including supermarkets, and a great range of places to eat and drink all nearby. Joaquin and his son were brilliant hosts. They were waiting at the apartment when we arrived and provided us with lots of really helpful information. They kindly organised a taxi for us on the day of our departure. They were really quick to respond to all communications. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and when it is possible to visit Malaga again you will have a great time.

Spotlessly Clean and Comfortable Apartment for Two in Historic Centre

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay in Joaquín’s apartment. It is in an excellent location on the border of the historic centre. All the important sites, museums, galleries, etc. are within easy walking distance as are numerous restaurants and the beautiful Mercado Central de Atarazanas, one of the best markets we visited in our tour of southern Spain. Highly recommend shopping there for the fruits, vegetables, cheese, iberian ham, etc. you need for your visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and although somewhat small, the owner has equipped it with everything required for a most comfortable stay. What’s more, it’s far enough away from the more crowded central district to ensure a quiet night’s sleep (with the proviso that you will hear a few people on the street, but nothing like what you would experience with accommodation closer to the centre). And the Julia Bakery next door has delicious sweets and pastries. We loved the chocolate chip cookies! Joaquín made our booking and check-in process easy and followed up once we were there to ensure everything was going well. We came by car and the parking was close by in a secure lot. A great place to stay for two in the beautiful city of Màlaga!

Living on the edge of the historic district

The apartment was in a quiet house, it appeared some of the occupants were natives probably working in the area, |I liked that feeling of been among the natives. The apartment was well appointed, clean and had plenty of hot water. The owner and his son made up the welcoming party, they stayed to show me round and left contact numbers which I appreciated. I would be happy to recommend this property.

Excellent Malaga apartment

Spotlessly clean, modern and well-equipped. Quietly set off a main street, the apartment is within a short walking distance from the sights and attractions of Malaga. This was an ideal base for the 2 of us and we would recommend it to any couple or single person visiting Malaga.

Great apartment

Excellent 1 bed apartment. Very clean with plenty of room for two. Two balconies (one with a table and 2 chairs- perfect for morning coffee or evening adult beverage). Everything (beach, city center, train station) was within a 10-20 minute walk. Check-in was easy. Owner’s son met us at the property and reviewed apt details and recommended some Málaga sites. We would stay again, and highly recommend!

Great little apartment right on the edge of the old town. Walking distance to all the main attractions within 10 minutes - once you get your bearings. Apartment is well equipped with quality fittings/equipment - even dispenser in shower stocked with gel. Means if only a few days away to take in the city hand luggage is all you need. Decided from the outset we'll be returning so scaled back our sight seeing to a leisurely pace - be looking first at this apartment to book when we return.

Great apartment on the edge of the old town. The owner and son was there to greet us on our arrival. They showed us around the apartment and gave us useful information about Malaga . The apartment is very clean and well furnished with everything you would need. We would definitely return again.

APT. IN MALAGA

The apt. was fantastic - clean, spacious, sunny, good location, comfortable & the kitchen was well equipped. On a small street within an easy walk to restaurants, groceries and market. Alvaro (the son) met me & took the time to show me the apt. & map of the local sights. When I had difficulty with the stove, he came by immediately. There is a small balcony which overlooks the street & a fantastic bakery on the corner. Perhaps you could correct your write up: the taxi from Malaga train station is 5 - 6 Euros. Walking will take about 35 mins. As I do not have a cell phone it was difficult to contact the owner Joaquin. I needed to contact him re. my time of arrival at the apt. Although it was through no fault of his own Home Away would not give me his email address. They had mine so I don't know why they had their collective shirt in a knot.

A lovely well equipped flat with very helpful owners. Location perfect for the centre of Malaga.

The property is well done out and well equipped for a couple or 1 person. It is quite small but the space is very well utilised and beautifully appointed. The owners are very helpful - luckily for me as on leaving the flat to go for our plane I locked our passports in the flat, and Joaquin helped us very quickly to get access again. Malaga has a beautiful centre, port and beach area and this flat is very well located to access it all easily by foot. The small balcony for breakfast or an evening meal is excellent and the air conditioning could be very helpful at the height of summer.

Great time at Malaga, Spain!

We had a great time at Malaga for three months. The owner was terrific, buying her a handicapped stool so I could use the shower. We especially loved Holy Week, with at least five processions every day we could see from our balcony. Our unit's location was terrific.
