Excellent and friendly staff. Location was top of the old town so easy to walk around and get too. Very good food options in the area too. Had the interior room so could hear the reception but rather that then the street. Ritual products for the shower was a nice touch

Excellent location for visiting Malaga, most places were walking distance from hotel with lots of good restaurants minutes away. Rooms were very clean and quiet even at night. I was a bit apprehensive after booking the hotel as I read reviews on Expedia.com about noise, items being stolen from safe and rude staff. We did not experience this at all during our stay. Would recommend - only wished we had booked earlier for the spa which was fully booked.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues with the room which were rectified reasonably quickly. Breakfast was okay. They do serve fried or scrambled eggs but this isn’t made apparent for some reason!

Our apartment was disappointing. On the 4th floor, the elevator was broken, the curtains in the bedroom were broken, the bathroom was uncomfortably small. Not sure how this is a 4-star hotel.

Staff cannot do enough to make your stay wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned every day, beautiful furnishings, minibar at reasonable price. Breakfast was continental but the choice amazing and service excellent. I gave it 5 stars and we are staying there again so that says it all. It is in a great position for the old centre of Malaga with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
