Located in the emblematic Martiricos neighbourhood, just a 15-minute walk from the vibrant Calle Larios, this apartment is perfect for travellers seeking to explore Málaga with style and comfort. Situated in the Martiricos Towers, it offers elegant accommodation on the 17th floor with spectacular views of the city and the mountain.



Enjoy the exclusivity and premium amenities: a rooftop pool (30th floor) with sun loungers to relax while taking in the panoramic views, as well as common areas including a projection room, coworking space, gym, and a children's play area. The pool will be closed from 15 September to 31 May, and access to the rooftop is subject to reservation and a maximum capacity of 30 people.



The apartment, with 90 m², is designed for 2 people and features a bedroom with 2 single beds, an exterior window and a spacious wardrobe.
