This fabulous holiday flat is located next to the bus station and the María Zambrano train station in Málaga city. Decorated with modern details and located on the first floor of a newly built six-story building, it is the ideal choice for a couple who want to enjoy their well-earned holiday in Malaga city.
With high-standard furnishing, the flat features a cosy living area with an open plan dining room, a 55" Smart TV and a kitchen equipped with modern appliances.
There is a lovely bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, electric towel rail, toilet and washbasin. Here you will be able to rest in total privacy and relax after a day spent enjoying the charm of Malaga and the Costa del Sol.
The apartment is provided with centralised warm/cool air conditioning.
There is a parking space (available on request and accessible via the underground car lift), as well as access to the rooftop swimming pool. Keep in mind that the swimming pool is available to all residents of the complex.
Please note that due to the location of the flat, you should expect a standard noise level.
