Location Location Location! Rooms were large and clean, building was historical and well kept. We had 2 babies traveling with us and the rooms were quiet. They even provided a crib. Firm beds, but everything else was great!!!

Location was amazing. With a private car park right behind the hotel. Hotel is located right outside Jonker walk. Hot air conditioning not cold enough. Was literally sweating through the night until about 3-4am it start to get cold.

Everything was great! 4 stars for cleanliness and facilities only because the hotel has a bit of age and wear and tear. The carpark is a huge plus point. We booked this hotel for its location, right on the Jonker Walk. We enjoyed the stay very much. Our room faced the Jonker Walk but it was not noisy at all. The hotel location is very convenient for all the walkable sightseeing places. We especially have to thank the hotel staff, from checkin yo checkout..,the two young ladies were genuinely friendly and helpful. They even offered us a bag of bananas (the tropical baby ones). We felt welcome and warm staying at the Jonker Boutique Hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time in Malacca.
