Makrilia accommodation

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you Yannis! Beautiful hotel set in beautiful grounds. Relaxing environment, room size excellent. Fabulous breakfast included in the stay. All food was excellent and good value. Highly recommend

Our stay at Domes of Elounda was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making every moment of our stay perfect. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well cared for. The beach was absolutely stunning—crystal clear waters, soft sand, and a peaceful, private atmosphere that made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. We spent hours lounging and swimming, enjoying the incredible views and calm sea. The food was a true highlight. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Cretan and international flavours. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or the à la carte dinners, everything we tried was delicious. The variety and quality were consistently impressive. The accommodations were immaculate. Our suite was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay even more comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout our visit. Overall, Domes of Elounda exceeded every expectation. It’s a perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, and top-notch service. We can’t wait to return!
