Amazing experience at Najmat Al Abrar Hotel! The service was very professional and the staff were incredibly friendly, respectful and helpful at all times. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well organized. The location is perfect, close to everything and very quiet. I felt safe and welcome from the first moment. The girl at reception is rude and foul-mouthed and won't help you at all. On the day of checkout, they turned off the Wi-Fi and wouldn't give it to anyone. A disaster. I won't come back.

I don’t recommend this hotel. The service was very bad. I requested to get some water and followed up for three days in a row, but they didn’t provide it. Every time I asked, they said, “we order it and it will come to ur room. I had to go buy water from a store nearby. The cleaning staff were nice, but the front desk, management, and overall service were very poor.

La verdad, mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante, sobre todo por el estado del baño. El water estaba estropeado desde el principio, y la ducha… bueno, ni siquiera tenía cortina ni nada parecido, así que cada vez que me duchaba el agua se salía y terminaba todo el suelo completamente inundado. Bastante incómodo, la verdad. Intenté solucionarlo hablando con recepción, no una sino dos veces. Me dijeron que enviarían a alguien para arreglarlo, pero nunca apareció nadie. Esa sensación de que te dicen “sí, sí” y luego nada… desespera un poco. Además, la actitud de la chica de recepción tampoco ayudó. Puede ser impresión mía, pero actuaba como si no tuviera tiempo para atenderte, un poco distante, como si le molestara que le comentaras problemas. No hubo seguimiento ni interés real en solucionar nada. En general, creo que hay aspectos básicos que deberían cuidarse mucho más, especialmente algo tan esencial como el baño. Una pena, porque con un poco de atención y mantenimiento la experiencia habría sido muy distinta.
