All was good. The room very clean including the carpets. The toilet was clean. I want to thank floor 5 supervisor Mr Asheek and the his team, Mr Hameed and Mr Noor. The lady at the reception as well. I got late check out Thank you.

Alhamdulillah…..the hotel location is very convenient, close to Haram area (walking distance). I must give 5star to the hotel staff specially the manager Mr Dider who was highly professional and so helpful. In fact we came hotel way too early and I was just asking if we can check in early and if needed we would pay extra. They helped us for early checking without any fees specially during the busiest season of the Ramadan.

No drinking water bottles in the room which is standard practice in other hotels in the area. Front desk people and staff was helpful. Beds are small and not very comfortable unless you sleep over the blankets.

Try to avoid this hotel

The hotel was old and terrible customer service. The Reception staff dont understand English and are not even bothered to offer help. The bathroom was infested with Cockroaches.
