-The hotel is clean and in a safe and quiet area (seems like a new area in Makkah). -They have transportation service available 24 hours but have delay only during 9:00-11:00 pm due to tarawih prayers. The bus takes you from the hotel to kudai station and then another bus to king abdulaziz gate directly. -The housekeeping and service was superb especially Arfat who was very generous and helpful with any thing we ask to provide the the best service. He even gave us an iron and showed is a laundry area for washing clothes. - There is a good shopping center in the hotel (twenty two) which has many nice clothes with affordable price.

Vi havde et super ophold på stedet og personalet var så hjælpsomme og forstående. Især Zubeir som hjalp os med det hele. Han var super flink og imødekommende og var altid klar på at hjælpe. Når jeg en dag vender tilbage time Makkah, så vil jeg helt klart vælge dette hotel igen
