2 Night Family stay in May

We stayed for 2 nights, arriving after 10pm on the fist night, by car as a family. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were decent (though a little better separation of food as we were vegetarian would be appreciated). We had the pool to ourselves when we used it (twice during our stay). The city centre car parks were only a 15 minute drive away.

Hotel is excellent! Clean, good maintenance, spacious rooms… nice breakfast. Free parking option. Swimming pool maintenance was during my stay, but managed to use it on departure day - so clean and nice.

We stayed with 2 babies in a Business Suite with 1 bedroom. The room was very nice and clean. The heating was working ok, but it had an annoying noise in the bedroom - like something bumping from the pipes. The breakfast was okaish for the price paid, still would love to see more selection of fruits, jogurth and vegetables for 4 stars hotels. I was very disappointed by the Hotel management as we had due leave after 2 days as one of the babies got sick. We paid in advance for 4 days stay, so I asked for a voucher or some compensation for our next stay. They refused at the reception charged for cribs, city tax. I sent them 2 emails - no response. Disappointed. 3 stars max.

Busy period stay

Hotel complex is nice, with half of the rooms freshly renovated and other half not. Rooms are priced the same, so you can get unlucky and stay in the old part. I stayed in a very busy period so it was sold out. If at full capacity there is waiting line to get a table for breakfast. When it's not completely full, it's a great hotel for a good value with great amenities.
