Outdoor shower, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
